TeamCollective is used by baseball organizations, coaches and families. This page explains what we hold and who can see it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the players and teams an organization enters, registration answers, documents families upload, payment records, and messages sent through the product.
Who can see it
Each organization sees only its own information. Coaches see their teams. Families see their own players. Public pages show only what an organization has chosen to publish.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. TeamCollective stores the receipt, never the card number.
Children's information
Player records are entered and controlled by the organization and the player's parent or guardian. Organizations choose how much of a player's name appears publicly.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message. Messages about your registration, payments or team are sent as part of the service.
Your choices
Ask us to export or delete your information at any time by writing to support@teamcollective.app. Historical financial records are kept where an organization needs them for its books.
